Okay, I didn't make the whole thing, I bought the glass base at a Thrift Shop a while ago because it was freaking rad. It's actually an empty Avon bottle of after shave called "Noble Prince" from either the late 70's or 80's. So, therefore, the credit for the base goes to whoever crafted it.
I did, however, paint everything on him.
Been reading the GNG and GDW mangas, and God, I'm more addicted to them then I was to the shows!
I'm actually quite happy with how he turned out, even though I still have a few spots to touch up
